This may be the simplest of all, but of course it doesn't include the physicality of a CD & paper Gift Certificate (see other options below). It is the fastest, easiest, and most convenient option, however. Just order as many SWITCHWORDS Gift Certificates (in PDF format) as you wish and send to your recipients via e-mail file attachments.  

They download the e-book setup file from the switchwords.com website (like you probably did), and use the gift coupon number from the PDF Gift Certificate which you send them to unlock the entire e-book.

Each PDF Gift Certificate includes a unique coupon number, the simple download and setup instructions, and an introduction to switchwords on the reverse side.

This is the easiest, simplest, and most convenient way for the recipient if they are not technically inclined. 

Just put the e-book CD-ROM in a Windows computer CD drive, and the e-book automatically installs and opens. Click on any page past 43 while online to proceed through the "Software Delivery Wizard," and use Gift Coupon number to unlock the e-book.

Same as above, but this option is for more advanced computer users. Rather than wait for CD-ROM disk(s) and paper Gift Coupon(s) to be mailed to you by postal mail, create gift e-book CD(s) and paper Gift Certificates yourself where you are: 

1) Download the SWITCHWORDS.EXE e-book setup file, autorun file, and CD label graphic 2) burn the files to blank CD; print the CD label graphic on CD sticker paper and apply to disk 3) print out the Gift Certificate PDF file that you'll receive as an e-mail attachment after purchase. Voila, gift e-book :-)
